BE GLAD IN GOD

“We know that in all things God works for good with those who love Him, those whom He has called according to His purpose.” –
Romans 8:28

God alone knows the plans He has for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for.
Don’t lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season you shall reap, if you do not loosen and relax your courage and faint. So then, as occasion and opportunity open up to you, let us do good [morally] to all people [not only being useful or profitable to them, but also doing what is for their spiritual good and advantage]. Be mindful to be a blessing, especially to those of the household of faith [those who belong to God’s family with you, the believers].

This cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest drought and storm
What heights of love, what depths of peace
When fears are stilled, when strivings cease

God is like He was yesterday, today, and forever. He will not change. How blessed is God! And what a blessing He is! He’s the Father of our Master, Jesus Christ, and takes us to the high places of blessing in Him. Long before He laid down earth’s foundations, He had us in mind, had settled on us as the focus of His love, to be made whole and holy by His love.
God will satisfy your mouth [your necessity and desire at your personal age and situation] with good so that your youth, renewed, is like the eagle’s [strong, overcoming, soaring]! Appreciate God for all He has blessed you with.
Count your abundant blessings and see what God has done for you. Surrender to Jesus, have deep faith in Him and trust Him for marvelous things. Learn to be content in God: Be glad in God.
