DELIVERED FROM THE POWER OF DARKNESS

“Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:” – Colossians 1:12‭-‬16

God has made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light. For His name’s sake, God has pardoned our iniquities and our guilt, for [they are] great. Our eyes are opened, to turn us from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that we may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in Him.

The wages which sin pays is death, but the [bountiful] free gift of God is eternal life through (in union with) Jesus Christ our Lord. Take heed to yourself: walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin. Do not yield your bodily members [and faculties] as servants to impurity and ever increasing lawlessness, but rather yield your bodily members [and faculties] once for all as servants to righteousness (right being and doing) [which leads] to sanctification.

If my people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. The Lamb of God, takes away the sin of the world! Beware of Him, and obey His voice, provoke Him not; He desire truth in the inner being; the sacrifice acceptable to God is a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart [broken down with sorrow for sin and humbly and thoroughly penitent], such, O God, He will not despise.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right, persevering, and steadfast spirit within me. In Jesus’s name, Amen
