“The Lord causes things to happen. Nobody can cause things to happen without him. The Most High God causes all things to happen. He causes good things and bad things to happen when he speaks. He only punishes us when we do wrong things. We are still alive, so we should not be angry with God. Instead, we should think a lot about what we do, and we should turn back to the Lord again.” – Lamentations 3:37-40
Almighty Lord, you are very great. There is nobody like you. You alone are God. What we have heard about you is true! Take Your glory, King of kings. You alone deserve the adoration.
The Lord nullifies the counsel of the nations;
He frustrates the plans of the peoples.
The counsel of the Lord stands forever,
the plans of His heart from generation to generation. In his own time he unveiled his word through the preaching of the gospel, which was entrusted to me by the command of God our Life Giver.
God has the last word. Sing songs and make music to praise him! Tell people about the miracles that he has done. Boast about his holy name. Everybody who wants to worship the Lord should be very happy!
God is not human. He does not tell lies. He does not change his thoughts. If he promises to do something, it happens. Make your motions and cast your votes, but God has the final say. No matter the situation, God is on the throne. Him being for you is more than the world being against you. He has the final say!
