DON’T DESERT THE WORD OF GOD

“Every Scripture passage is inspired by God. All of them are useful for teaching, pointing out errors, correcting people, and training them for a life that has God’s approval. They equip God’s servants so that they are completely prepared to do good things.” –

2 Timothy 3:16‭-‬17

The Good News we have heard and meditate on is not a human message. We have not received them from any person. Humans did not inspire them, God alone did.

God’s Word is profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God’s will in thought, purpose, and action), God’s written instructions should be ours forever. Let thine heart retain God’s words: keep His commandments, and live.

God’s word is living and active. It is sharper than any two-edged sword and cuts as deep as the place where soul and spirit meet, the place where joints and marrow meet. God’s word judges a person’s thoughts and intentions. Get going with the WORD of God.

Give it everything you have, heart and soul

.

Make sure, “This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.” –

Joshua 1:8

Never get off track, either left or right, make it your routine priority to read the WORD of God. Through God’s word, deep and deeper revelations are revealed. Have the WORD of God in sight. Practice everything written in it. Then you’ll get where you’re going. Only God’s word can produce spiritual fruit in us, which includes love, joy, and peace.

Glory belongs to our God and Father forever! Amen. Connect with God through His Word each day and you will be strengthened as a follower of Christ. Before you read God’s word, ask Him to speak to you. The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. Praise the Lord, when you read or hear the words of His mouth. “My son, listen and accept My words, and they will multiply the years of your life. I have taught you the way of wisdom. I have guided you along decent paths.” (Proverbs 4:10‭-‬11)

Our Father, thank You for Your word. Order our steps in thy word: helps us desire more of Your Word, so that we can daily receive revelations from You. In Jesus’s name, Amen
